Tea kinds we tried:

1st: Name: I still can't speak chinese, but ... some name  Type: High-mountain Oolong. Character: Fresh, fruity, not too strong. Usage: Fun.

2nd: Name .... Type: Shu pu-erh Character: Strong, Rapes + Resurrects your body  Usage: Good for gut, health, hangover, sickness. Massive. Earthy. Work.

3rd: Name: It's japanese, but the same story. Type: Matcha Green-tea Character: Bitter, dense, green as f. Strong. Only tea where you actually drink it really - grinded green leafes. Usage: Because of l-theanine and high coffeine (like a coffee), it's awesome for thinking + working. High in fiber, healthy.

4th: Na... Type: Baked Oolong Character: Deeper, baked, taste of the first kind - more spicy. Usage: Fun, warming up your energies.

I might over simplified the insanely broad topic of asian / chinese teas, but drink pu-erh daily on winter and autumn, matcha from spring to enhance work.

Can drink oolong anytime- not too much coffeine. Red + black teas by name are the same. Less positive effects compared to pu-erh, but feels like a kick. A jittery kick. Green teas, but not matcha: good for thinking- less dense, less strong - easier to understand.

Briefly
